Friends & Family

We understand the importance of visits from family and
friends, and the many benefits they bring to our residents.

As part of our dynamic risk-based approach to visiting our care home, we offer in-room visits (two people at a time, in line with the current government guidance*), COVID-19 safe family meeting rooms and outdoor socially distant family meeting areas, which all offer ways that relatives can visit their loved ones in person.

Video calls and phone calls are also available if a physical visit isn’t possible, so families can still keep in touch.
