As part of this year’s Care Home Open Week, Oakwood House is delighted to open its doors to the public and local professionals in celebration of National Picnic Day. This special event will take place on Wednesday 18th June from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at our care home in Norwich, Norfolk.
What is Care Home Open Week?
Care Home Open Week is a national initiative designed to connect care homes with their local communities. It offers a chance for the public and professionals to learn more about the vital services care homes provide, build meaningful relationships, and celebrate the work of dedicated care teams across the UK.
