These Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy govern your use of this website (the “Oakwood House Site”) and your relationship with Oakwood House Limited (“Oakwood House,” “we” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.

Oakwood House shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Oakwood House is regulated by The Commission for Social Care (England), The Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care and The Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales.
