Monday, 23rd September
We kicked off the week with hairdressing sessions with Ann, allowing our residents to enjoy a bit of pampering. In the afternoon, the lively game of Bingo brought out everyone’s competitive spirit!

Tuesday, 24th September
Musical talent filled the air as Chris Wilson, a local musician, joined us for a delightful afternoon. Residents had a wonderful time playing instruments and singing along, creating a joyful atmosphere.

Wednesday, 25th September
Quiz day in the lounge was a hit! Our residents, especially the competitive Cheryl, thoroughly enjoyed testing their knowledge and engaging with one another during this fun event.

Thursday, 26th September
We hosted a flower arranging session, which continues to be a popular activity among our residents. The creativity and camaraderie during these sessions are always heart-warming to see.

Friday, 27th September
To wrap up the week, we held a Macmillan coffee afternoon. It was a lovely gathering where relatives came to share coffee and cake, fostering connections and creating a warm community spirit.

Monday, 30th September
We started the week with Ann the hairdresser again, and later, our residents enjoyed another round of Bingo.

Tuesday, 1st October
In the morning, we will have a reminiscing session, a wonderful way for our residents to share stories and memories. In the afternoon, we’re looking forward to aromatherapy with Lisa Penman, which promises to be a relaxing experience.

Wednesday, 2nd October
Get ready for some fun with air hockey! This game was a big hit the last time we played, and we expect the same excitement this week.

Thursday, 3rd October
We’ll kick off the day with another flower arranging session. In the afternoon, we’ll host a session of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, where residents can test their trivia knowledge in a fun and friendly environment.

Friday, 4th October
Joe Smith will join us to lead simple exercises, promoting physical health and mobility for our residents.

Saturday, 5th October
We’ll embrace our creative side with word building in the morning, aiming to create some lovely poems together.

Sunday, 6th October
To end the week on a high note, we’ll have Social Sunday, where residents can chat, sing, and socialise, reinforcing the bonds of friendship within our community.
